Job van Leusden is an 18 year property management veteran with experience in both commercial and residential properties. He currently manages a portfolio of nearly 150 rental units throughout Berks County.
He has an extensive consumer finance and real estate lending background. In previous roles, he managed portfolios of both real estate and consumer loans valued over $800,000,000 with various lending and collection issues. His refined skill set of collecting debts and working through complicated lending issues has been a major contributor to his success in property management.
Job has a formal education including an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and is fluent in several different languages. Job is committed to providing the very best property management service while connecting with his customers on a personal level. Job believes communication and accessibility are the key to strong business relationships.
